The Series of Weekly Health Challenges
I am challenging you to add a new healthy habit once a week for ten weeks!
Why only once a week? So that you can actually do it! It’s also less stressful. The challenges will run Monday to Sunday.
- Write a list of all the health habits you want to create and/or change.
- Record how your health is now. This could mean your energy or happiness levels, your thought processes, your weight, measurements, pictures– whatever you want.
- Feel free to send me certain habits you want me to address.
