The Series of Weekly Health Challenges

I am challenging you to add a new healthy habit once a week for ten weeks!

Why only once a week? So that you can actually do it! It’s also less stressful. The challenges will run Monday to Sunday.

Personal Prep:

  • Write a list of all the health habits you want to create and/or change.
  • Record how your health is now. This could mean your energy or happiness levels, your thought processes, your weight, measurements, pictures– whatever you want.
  • Feel free to send me certain habits you want me to address.

  1. I love the idea of weekly challenges. I’ve always tried to be healthy, but it’s hard when you don’t have regular reminders. Health; the best thing for ya but the easiest to ignore. Thanks for the advice!
