How have you been doing? It’s been a long time!! I hope you are doing well!
I wanted to share what’s on my mind this week….I’m curious what you will think!
Think about someone you know who just RADIATES health. They are fit, they eat well…they just have it put together. They just kinda glow!
Alright, do you see that person?
Now…take a guess.
Do you think they are happy?
Do you think they feel free?
Or bogged down by deprivation every day?
Do you think they enjoy life?
Or do you think they are missing out on the REAL fun of life?
I am hoping (haha) that you just saw freedom and abundance in their life.
I have never felt bad for someone that truly looked healthy. Now remember-skinny does NOT mean healthy. You can become skinny using unhealthy methods The type I am talking about, became healthy not only physically, but mentally as well.
Anyway, I bring this up because of this.
When YOU think about getting stronger, eating better, dropping weight, do you think about WHAT YOU’RE GOING TO MISS OUT OUT??
Do you think what you have to GIVE UP?
What you’re going to MISS?
Are you worried you’re going to feel DEPRIVED?
Well, maybe you’re missing the boat my friend, and the whole point of health.
If you’re going for a truly healthy lifestyle, it is NOT filled with deprivation. It’s filled with ABUNDANCE AND FREEDOM.
Remember that healthy person in your life. Remember that you’re NOT going to feel sad for the things you gave up, or that you are missing out on anything. It just seems like that when you are scared of making changes. Start to change the way you think about health, and they way you become healthier, and it will make a the difference in the world.
Head towards your optimal heath with the spirit of freedom, not deprivation, and you will have a BEAUTIFUL journey of self-discovery!
